Is anyone following the Shafia case?
The run down:
A man, his wife and his 20 year old son are charged with killing his 3 teenage daughters and his first wife. He was apparently in a poligamous relationship.

Mohammad Shafia, 58, his wife Tooba Mohammad Yahya, 41, and their son,
Hamed Mohammad Shafia, 20, are each charged with four counts of first-degree
murder in the deaths of three Shafia sisters, Zainab, 19, Sahar, 17, and Geeti,
13, as well as Rona Amir Mohammad, 50. [CBC]
The deceased were found drowned in a car in the Rideau Canal in Kingston.
Why'd he kill his 3 girls? Apparently it was an honor killing... They started showing interest in boys (dating, etc.)... Apparently it's frowned upon in thier culture, so the best way to nix it? Nix the girls. Why nix the first wife? Who knows.
The family is from Montreal, but the case is being held in Kingston Ontario (where the crime was commited).
I can't believe something like this happened in Canada.
I'm finding this case interesting, and personally cannot wait until justice is served.
